NOTWASTE POLICIES
Everyday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Yes, a reservation is required because of the 2-hour prep time to heat the banya. Prep time is required for the other services as well.
When the "Book an Appointment" button is pressed, operating hours appear in the Square window. From there, one can select the service wanted and an availability calendar appears. Reserve a time and complete the secure online Square payment process and you're done. It's that simple!
Yes, for tennis, as it is played on an hourly basis. Thirty minutes is required between sessions to prepare the court for the next group. Forest therapy walks range from 2.5 - 4 hours depending on the speed of the group. As for the banya, ample time is given, so guests can take their time and leave as they wish, but on weekends groups can be booked back to back. Keep this in mind and consider an evening booking.
We have a 5+ age policy for the banya, but parents are reminded to remain attentive of their children while in the banya. The woodstove must be respected at all times by all. In regards to tennis and forest walks - common sense should prevail.
Under serious weather conditions a cancellation would be granted and a rescheduling would be discussed between all parties. During normal weather conditions, rain or light snow, the poor weather enhances the experience. Regarding the banya, the colder the better and rolling in the snow is quite refreshing.
Online payment is required for all services because of the preparation time required. Slavic hats or an extra venik can be purchased in person, but contactless payment is preferred.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
In case of extreme weather conditions or a medical emergency, all efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment.
For those who have pre-paid and cannot reschedule or just want a return, a $50 adminstration fee per appointment will be charged.
Otherwise, Notwaste will await your safe arrival.
