A Covid-19 pre-screening questionnaire is sent to the group leader and should be distributed to all attendees prior to arrival. All guests are required to sign-off citing having reviewed. Note: a liability waiver is forwarded at the same time. It must be signed and witnessed. It is then given to Notwaste personnel upon arrival for reference purposes. The banya is disinfected before and after using CDC protocol to ensure the destruction of the virus. While on-site, social distancing is practiced and where the 2m spacing is not possible, a mask will be worn my Notwaste personnel. Contactless payment is recommended.
No, this is up to the attendees within the group. Notwaste personnel are all fully-vaccinated. Proof of certification can be provided upon request.
It is recommended when group members interact with Notwaste personnel. Otherwise, no it is not required.

Yes, a reservation is required because of the 2-hour prep time to heat the banya. Prep time is required for the other services as well.
When the "Book an Appointment" button is pressed, operating hours appear in the Square window. From there, one can select the service wanted and an availability calendar appears. Reserve a time and complete the secure online Square payment process and you're done. It's that simple!
Yes, for tennis, as it is played on an hourly basis. 15 minutes is required between sessions to prepare the court for the next group. Forest therapy walks range from 2.5 - 4 hours depending on the speed of the group. As for the banya, ample time is given, so guests can take their time and leave as they wish. At present, it is a one-group per day policy for the banya.
Common sense should prevail. Children under 18 are not allowed unattended.
Common sense should prevail. Under serious weather conditions a cancellation would be granted and a rescheduling would be discussed between all parties. Under normal weather conditions, rain or light snow, it is a go as this enhances the experience. Regarding the banya, the colder the better and rolling in the snow is quite refreshing.
Normally, online payment is required for all services because of the prep time required. However, Russian hats, an extra venik or a cutting board can be purchased in person, but contactless payment is preferred.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. All efforts will be made to reschedule due to the extreme weather conditions or a medical emergency. Otherwise, Notwaste will await your safe arrival.

For the Russian Banya and tennis, please thoroughly discuss your intentions with your family doctor prior to reserving any of these services. Only after a full pardon has been granted should one make a reservation. A waiver must be signed and witnessed upon arrival. At this time, please notify Notwaste personnel of your medical condition.
